It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emery Evans of Winifrede, West Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Burton and Margie Marie Mullins Evans; and his brother Charles Evans. He is survived by: his wife Carla Clark Evans of Winifrede; his sons, Donnie Lee Smith (Gena) of Teays Valley and Corey Evans (Tiffany) of Charleston; his siblings, Barbara Armentrout (Frank) of Winifrede, Betty Casdorph (Mike) of Clarksville, TN, Billy Evans (Ella) of Georges Creek and Alice Starks (Don) of Kellys Creek; his sister-in-law Mary Evans of Fairmont; and his grandchildren, Isaac Eugene Smith and Holden Blake Evans. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
