He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Withrow Woods of Chesapeake; his daughter-in-law Shirley Ann Woods of Winifrede; his granddaughter Terri Lynn of Winifrede; his great grandchildren, Amber Renea, Kimberly Luann and Sarah Elizabeth Mullins; his great great grandchild Amelia Rose Lanham; and his siblings, Joseph Kellam (Doris) of St. Albans, Charles Kellam (Phyllis) of Wheeling and Betty Steen of Oak Hill.
