We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2020, at the age of 69, Thomas Nutter (Winfield, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Nutter and Nellie M. Myers Nutter; and his siblings, William M. Nutter, Clarence E. Nutter Jr., Mary Jane Cunningham and Rebecca F. Parker.
He is survived by: his sisters, L. Annette LeMasters of Elkview, Delphia E. Rhodes of Vienna, VA and Charlotte M. Withrow of Manassas, VA; and his friends, John and Cheryl Casto. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
