It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Surilda Kay Mobley of Winfield, West Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blaine and Sylvia Bell Edwards; and her sister Theresa Mobley. She is survived by: her husband David Richard Mobley; her daughter Madah Meadows of Charleston; her brothers, Harold Edwards of Winfield and Robert Edwards Jr. of Hurricane; and her grandchildren, Olivia Thompson (OJ), Josh Meadows and Angel Meadows.
