She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Mayfield of Winfield, WV; her daughters, Emma Lee Kurts (Paul David) and Elizabeth Mullins (Anthony); and her grandchildren, Sarah McGuire (Trevor), LeeAnna Gill, James Kurts and Michael Kurts (Ashleigh).
