With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby May Vance (Winfield, West Virginia), born in Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lanty Van Buren Vance; and her son Gary Wayne Vance. She is survived by: her daughter Tricia Harpold. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
