He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Casto of Winfield, WV and Johnny Hodges (Angie) of Pliny, WV; his nieces, Heather Queen (Bill), Allison Clendenin (Cam) and Ashley Humphrey (Chad); his nephew John John Hodges (Lasaia); his brother Brian Hartley; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony, Caroline, Jude, Sydney, Drake, Brady and Nolan.
