He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Ivan Bailey; and his pet Tiny. He is survived by: his wife Belva Bailey; his stepchildren, Jeff Hescht (Leshia) and Jennifer Kidd (Michael); his mother Dorothy Johnson Foster; his siblings, Jim Bailey (Janie) and Marlene Black; his grandchildren, Lucreshia Phillips (Mike), Hescht, Kelsi Kidd and Emma Kidd; and his great grandchildren, Holden Phillips and Sawyer Philips. He is also survived by nephews and many friends.
