She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Barnette and Willie Barnette. She is survived by: her daughter Ramona Mack of Winfield; her siblings, Lillie M. Barnette of Winfield, Charlie Richardson (Barbara) of Severn, MD, Simon Merriweather (Valerie) of Madison, AL and Donald Richardson of Columbia, SC; her nieces and nephews, Stephany, Joshua and Nyliea; and her close friends, Brenda, Dallas Sheldon and Lifetribe.
