She was predeceased by: her father Lee'Inky'Slater. She is survived by: her mother Mary Slater; her husband Lewis Duncan; her children, Leasa Slater, Desirae Reynolds and Aaron Slater; her siblings, Terri Nease (Mark), Henry Slater (Andi), James Slater (Christina) and Amy Slater; and her grandchildren, Bradley, Isabella (Desirae), Dustin and Rose (Aaron). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
