He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Showalter and Nettie Showalter; and his son Steve Hurley. He is survived by: his wife Frances Showalter; and his children, Paty Jewett (Scott) of Elyria, OH, Debbie Winter (Charlie) of Winfield, Sandy Johnson of Huntington and Beth Roach (Buddy) of Dunbar. He is also survived by grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
