Janette Y. Garton Luikart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janette Y. Garton Luikart (Winfield, West Virginia), who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Dewitt Talmadge Garton and Vera Claire Blake Garton; her siblings, Dewey T. Garton, Jr., Gerald Sylvester Garton "Ves" (Margaret), William Benton Garton "Billy" and Shirley Edith Immell (Allan); and her great grandchild Colten Dale Luikart.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie, Luella Luikart of Paradise, Vicky, Keith Derrick of Poca, Diane, Greg Kesling of Charleston, Ronnie, Beverly Luikart of Eleanor, Michael and Kate Luikart of Winfield; her grandchildren, Christopher, Janice Luikart, Jeremy, Charity Luikart, Dale, Tanya Luikart, Amber, Rudy Rodriguez, Kristy, Keith Roberts, Kelly, Kenny Smith, Lucas Kesling, Jesse, David Holsten, Tucker Kesling, Stephen Luikart, Maggie Bumgardner, Stacy, Chad Soice and Patrick Luikart; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Emma Luikart, Jasmine Luikart, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Kasen Luikart, Lila, Everly Rodriguez, Zoey Myers, Derrick, Reed Roberts, Jordan, Addison, Hayden Smith, Abraham Kesling, Parker, Charli Holsten, Alexandra Plate, Delania Luikart, Jaxon and Jacey Soice; her brother Jack; her sister-in-law Sharon Garton of Steele Ridge; her friend Linda Bennett of Paradise; and her granddaughters, Reba Smith, Connie Boggs, Heather Shaw, Melissa Boggess, Jennifer Kirsh and Jenny Ford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Respecting the State and Federal COVID-19 guidelines, a private service will be held and she will be laid to rest with her husband at Wade Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Red House.
