He is survived by: his wife Lesha Vance Hazlett; his children, Kera Taylor (Michael) of Culloden, Doug Hazlett (Mercedes) of Red House, Shannon Hazlett (Ashley) of Scott Depot and Ryan Hazlett of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Carleigh, Hannah, Peyton, Evan, Kloe, Grayson, Parker, Brooklyn, Owen and Richard King.
