He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Clonch (Flowers); his daughter Staci; his son-in-law Christopher McClellan of Gallipolis Ferry; his son Clarence C. Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Clonch of Henderson; his stepdaughter Dennine Horton (Alfred) of Ocala, FL; and his siblings, Mary Myers, John Clonch (Betsy) and Eula Clonch. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
