He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emmit and Ruby Winter; and his siblings, Hershel Winter, James Winter, Mary Criner, Laura Winter, Reba Sergent and Shirley White.
He is survived by: his son Charles; his wife Debbie Winter of Winfield; his siblings, Danny, Carl, John Winter, Dorothy Hood, Gladys Winter and Brenda Winter; his grandchildren, Charles Travis Winter and Brittany Jeanne Grimmett (Ricky); and his great grandchildren, Raylan and Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
