He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden C. Hutton and Kathleen Crowder Hutton; and his wife Frances Goldsmith Hutton. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Hutton Taylor (Michael); and his siblings, Doris S. Holmes of Scott Depot and Harold D. Hutton of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Teays Valley Church of The Nazarene, P.O. Box 1297, Scott Depot WV 25560.
