She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Hensley and May Hensley; her husband Gary Smith; her siblings, Doris Lilly and Butch Hensley; and her siblings-in-law, Lynn Hensley (Nancy Smith) and William Gill.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Smith Jr. (Wendy) and Deborah Samples (Mike); her grandchildren, Courtney Turner (Caleb), Jacob Smith (Megan), Kelsey Hunter (Cameron) and Kaleigh Samples; and her siblings, Roger Hensley and Garnett Gill.
