She is survived by: her children, Katrina Neff of Paden City, WV, Holly Harris (Donnie) of Reader, WV and Stephen Burek, Jr. (Consuelo Eddy) of Reader, WV; her grandchildren, Chelsey Bassett (Austin), Makleigh Bassett, Hastings Bassett (Tommi), Brayden Neff, Grant Harris, Jarred Harris (Nina), Holden Rine, Teagan Rine, Kyler Hayhurst, Lynnon Bassett, Alexa Jo Burek, Chandler Burek, Isabella Burek and Landyn; and her sister JoAnn Pavlic of Windsor Heights, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
