He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hawkins and Mary Graham Hawkins; his son Guy Hawkins; and his sister Barbara Bolinger. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary LaCross Hawkins; his sons, Brett Hawkins (Julie) of Cameron, WV, Brock Hawkins (Sheyanne) of Martins Ferry, OH and Tuson Johnston (Gretchen) of Windsor Heights, WV; and his siblings, Harry Hawkins of Masontown, WV, Bonnie Myers of Beckley, WV, Connie Corbin of Kingwood, WV, Mary Riley (Guy) and Margaret Conrad (Don) of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
