He was predeceased by: his parents, Volla Maynard and Victoria Maynard Queen. He is survived by: his girlfriend Regina "Jeannie" Wallace; his daughters, Vickie, Stacie, Amy and Kandie Shaffer (Tim); his siblings, Vollena Clay (David) of Huntington, WV, Vickie Kutscher of North Carolina and Volla "V. J."; his grandson Nolan Shaffer; and his close friend Colton Wallace.
