We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2021, at the age of 89, Wilma Westbrook White of Williamstown, West Virginia, born in Saint Marys, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Westbrook and Thelma Bash Westbrook; her husband Don E. White, Jr.; and her siblings, L. C. Westbrook, Donald Westbrook, Glen Westbrook, Doris Malone, Frances Smith and Norma Bibbee. She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
