He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Rawlings and Chloe Chaddock Rawlings Dunn; and his sister Charlotte Ann Rawlings Eddelblute. He is survived by: his wife Donna Burge Rawlings; and his daughters, Terry Hill (Scott) of Williamstown, Balla Sams (Joseph) of Washington, WV and Brenna Garber (Mitch) of Ravenswood, WV. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
