He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lowers and Kathleen Lowers. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jo Dooley (Brandon) and Jennifer Rose Smith (late Robert Smith); his granddaughters, Nicole Shutts (Aaron), Catilin Dooley and Emily Dooley; his great grandchild Braxton Dooley; and his siblings, Wilma Wigal (Carroll) and Ernie Lowers (Cheryl).
