He is survived by: his wife Judith Chichester (Cumberledge); and his children, Robert D. Chichester of Walker, WV, David D. Chichester (Traci) of Lowell, OH, Dianna B. Bobier (Jeff) of Denver, NC and Steven D. Chichester (Katherine) of Lowell, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
