She was predeceased by: her father John Wright; her husband Charles Pickens; her son-in-law Christopher Garapic; and her siblings, William Wright, Juanita Richards, Margalene Johnson, Oleda Boyce and Betty Westfall.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheri Garapic; her sisters, Guinevere Lesley and Jean Crispin; and her pet Baxter.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
