He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Marshall and Guinevere Romine (Null); his stepdaughter Carrie Cooper; and his sister Patsy Workman. He is survived by: his wife Vickey Romine (Frazier); his children, David Romine (Pamela) and Michelle West (Matt); his stepson Clinton Cooper; his grandchildren, Zack Romine (Staci), Luke, Gabrielle, Silas West, Jackson, Emmy, Callie and Ivy Cooper; his great grandchildren, Saylor and Kinley Romine; and his sister Phyllis Romine.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
