She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell and Nettie Rogers Beckler; her husband Jack Mortimer Hammett; and her sisters, Joan Rowley and Virginia Lee Vosel.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Donald Vosel; her nephew Gale Hammett Jr.; and her close friend Heather Gates (Alan). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
Donations may be made in her name to the Williamstown Public Library.
