It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Dianne Williamson of Williamstown, West Virginia, born in Saint Marys, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Pitts and Katherine Louise McCollum Pitts; and her daughter Joyce Williamson McBride. She is survived by: her husband John D. Williamson; her son James "J. D." Williamson (Tina); her brothers, David Pitts (Barbara) and Dan Pitts (Susan); her grandchildren, Jessica McBride (David) and William McBride; and also, John and Dina McBride. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
