She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis McCarty and Hazel Bowman McCarty; her husband Clement; her parents-in-law, Mary and Lawrence Conger, Sr.; her siblings, Garnett Sands and Lewis McCarty, Jr; and her brother-in-law Louis Sands.
She is survived by: her son Gary A. Conger (Robin); her grandchildren, Jared A. Conger (Jennifer Lane), John C. Conger (Mandy), Hunter Conger (Marie) of Marietta, OH, McKinleigh Dawn Conger, Elijah Conger and Mona Grace Conger; and her sister Gale Beaver of Medina, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or American Cancer Society.
