She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McIntosh and Hazel VanWay McIntosh; and her siblings, Everett McIntosh, Frank Beaver, Junior Parsons, Butch McIntosh and Lydabelle DeLancy.
She is survived by: her pet Coal; her husband Charles Travis; her children, Shelia Mays (Steve) of Parkersburg, Curtis Travis of Williamstown, Tammy Gorrell (Guy) of Beckley, WV and Rita Campbell (Chris) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Brittany, Zachary, Felicia, Holly, Lakyn and Morgan; her brothers, Kenneth and Jerry McIntosh; and her close friend Linda Mason. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
