It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Arleen Lambert of Williamstown, West Virginia, born in Harrisville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Goff and Nellie Mae Snodgrass Goff; her former husband Ellsworth Nichols; her husband James W. Lambert; her siblings, Betty Tanner, Jean Crooks, Hayward Goff and Wendell Goff; and her daughter Rhonda Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Gary E. Nichols of Petroleum, WV, Cathy E. Chadock (Steve) of Walker, WV and Alan R. Nichols of Vienna; her stepchildren, Joy Lynn Lambert of Parkersburg, Christopher A. Lambert (Noel) of Parkersburg, Michael A. Lambert of Parkersburg and James Lee Lambert of Parkersburg; her siblings, Eva Johnson (Richard) of Lovettsville, VA, Linda Mashburn (John) of Austin, TX, Forrest Goff of Raleigh, NC and Nelson Goff of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Tyler Chadock (Malorie) of Williamstown and Allison McClung (Ryan) of Williamstown; her stepgrandson Dakota Lambert of Parkersburg; and her great grandchild Cooper Chadock.
