He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Hooper (Scott); his grandchildren, Chloe, Brittney Hooper and Danner Hooper of Williamstown; his sister Andrea Jane; his siblings-in-law, James S. Weaver, Jr. of Vienna, Karen R. Canary of Parkersburg and William "Bill" V. Rader of Mineral Wells; his close friend Lillie J. Pidcock; and his wife Susan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
