He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Cartha Collins (Dotson); and his siblings, Norma Jean and Lyndon Collins (Lefty). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Collins (Mahaney); his daughters, Pam (Dan Farrell) of Chattanooga, TN and Penny (Jeff Power) of Gurnee, IL; his grandsons, Dr. Nick Higinbotham (Katrina) and Dr. Tony Higinbotham (Alissa); and his brother Neal (Lila Collins) of Pennsboro, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
