He was predeceased by: his parents, Juddson Lewis and Dortha Lewis; and his son Michael Brian Lewis (April) of Cecilia, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Betty Lewis Smith (Dick), Earl K. Lewis II (Vivian) of Williamstown and Diane Lewis Leeper (Charles) of Charleston, SC; his grandsons, Christopher Leeper (Maureen) and Nicholas Leeper (Sherry) of South Carolina; and his siblings, Juddson Lewis of Williamstown and Nancy Kiggins (Pam) of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to the Williamstown Presbyterian Church in memory of Earl.
