He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Rice and Audrey Beall Rice; his former wife Susan Rice; his sister Shelia; his half-brother Chuck; and his brother William E. Rice, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Teresa L. Rice; and his children, Micheall L. Moreno (James) and David R. Rice (Vickie Hewitt). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of South Parkersburg (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
