He was predeceased by: his parents, Wirt Newman Delancy and Isa Louise Delancy (Brookover); his wife Vera M. Delancy (Barton); and his brothers, Gene and Bill Delancy.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney E. Delancy (Wendi) of Williamstown, Randall E. Delancy (Vera) of Williamstown and Ronald E. Delancy (Christina) of Williamstown; his grandson Wyatt E. Delancy (Waylon E); and his sister Ellen Flowers of Waverly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
