It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Mills Dotson of Williamstown, West Virginia, born in Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mills and Catherine A'Hearn Mills; and her son Robert Brian Dotson. She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Dotson; her siblings, Bettie A'Hearn and David Mills; and her niece Betsy Mills Bailey.
