It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Sue Pennybacker of Williamstown, West Virginia, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Gary Jones. She is survived by: her mother Sue Jones of Parkersburg; her children, Jordan (Kristen), Pennybacker of Lebanon and Mariah Knotts (Jordan) of Mineral Wells, WV.; her grandchildren, Kinsley, Greyson and Maxwell Pennybacker; her sister Teresa Wade (Mike) of Parkersburg; and her nieces, Jennifer Buzzard (David) of Parkersburg and Jill Smith (DJ) of Hannibal, WV..
