It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Joann Smith (Williamstown, West Virginia), who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sweeney and Cora Sweeney; her husband Hal E. Smith; and her siblings, Patricia Fetty (Don), John Sweeney and William Sweeney (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hamilton (David), Penny Sharp (Sherrill) and Gene Smith (Pippa); her grandchildren, Aimee Neely, K. C. Neely (Jody), Olivia Starcher (Richard), Amanda Britton, Cora Butcher, Trisha Smith (Harold C.) and Stephen Smith (Joseph M.); and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Evan Starcher, Marissa Brandjes, Kelsey Leely, Natalee Butcher, Chandler Butcher, Izzy Payne, Hollie Smith and Bryce Neely. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
