He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Rowell and Nellie Garrett Rowell; his wife Eunice Eileen Sutton Rowell; and his sister Dorothy Maidens. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Springman (Don) and Brenda Rainwater (Brian); his grandchildren, Jacob Springman (Amber), Jessica Pletcher (Cody), Megan Wood (Ben) and Wesley Rainwater; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Isaac and Rhys. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
