She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Duty and Dorothy Carpenter Duty; her daughter Rhonda Lee; her sister Becky Shawver; and her granddaughter Danielle Marie Dunn.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lewis; her daughters, Darlene Fleming (Don) of Waverly, WV and Laura Jones (Troy) of Williamstown; her brothers, Richard Duty of Marietta, OH and Tim Duty of Williamstown; her grandchildren, Greg Buckley Jr. (Sarah), David Buckley, McKinley Buckley, Jaimi Fleming, Tara Fleming, Alex Dunn and Emily Dunn (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Leo, Ruby, Jack Buckley, Emslie Marie Dunn, Landon, Laken and Rowen Dunn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home - Vienna (3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV 26105). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
