It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allen Eugene Copen Jr. of Williamstown, West Virginia, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Eugene Copen Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Copen (Davis); his son Patrick Allen Copen; and his aunt Faye Bishop (Copen). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Copen (Douthitt); his children, Scott Copen of Bruceton Mills, WV, Melissa Copen of Morgantown, WV and Jessica Giannone (Jimmy) of Upper Sandusky, OH.; and his grandchildren, Gary Clements Jr., Adriana Copen of Morgantown, WV, Trent, Wyatt and Levi Copen of Bruceton Mills, WV. He is also survived by two sisters in law, three brothers in law, a niece and several nephews, as well as a great niece and several great nephews.
