He is survived by: his mother Carol "Sue" Hurley-Raines of Frederick, Maryland.; his sister Carolyn Sue Raines-Preece; his niece MaryAnne Preece; his nephew Roscoe Thomas Preece; and his close friends, Dawn, Corinne Shephard, Doug Williams and John Horton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and extra special cousins.
