With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Wilkerson (Williamson, West Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jerry, Thomas, Donald Wilkerson, Brenda Hunter and Barbara Wells; and his granddaughter Ayana Turner.

He is survived by: his children, Janice Lawson, Aimee Turner (Quinton), Richard Wilkerson II and Alexia Wilkerson; his siblings, Theresa Blackwell-Tucker, Vanessa Wilkerson, Lawrence Wilkerson, Renee Mitchell (Ivan), Gloria Thaxton (Gerry) and Cassandra Gibson; his grandchildren, Jrue Young (Nikki), Quinton Turner (Koral), Ivan Turner, Darien Turner and Trinity Wilkerson; his great grandchildren, Jai, Jaylee Young and Brielle Turner; his uncles, James Webster (Karen) and Charles Webster; his aunt Alma Webster; and his close friends, Hobert Tucker, Marvin Childress, Greg "Hootie" Smith and Gary Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Historic Williamson Field House (1703 W 3rd Ave, Williamson, WV 25661). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Pentecostal Tabernacle United Holy Church (558 Mullberry St, Williamson, WV 25661).
