She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sharon Hill Burnette and Jackie Lee Hill. She is survived by: her husband John Larry Smith; her daughter Susan Smith Adkins (John); her siblings, Allen Hill and Pam Bradley; her grandchildren, Jonna Adkins and Chase Adkins; and her great grandchild Jayden Adkins.
