She is survived by: her husband Sammy Smith Jr.; her sister Sabrina Childress; her daughter Eboni Joplin; her grandchildren, Shailis Joplin, Alexis Joplin, Xavier Joplin, Ondreus Smith, Adrienne Smith, Dinero Smith, Izaiah Smith, Aliyah Smith and Amiyah Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Jerome Wells of Birmingham Alabama, David Hairston of Williamson, Tony Robinson of Lexington Kentucky, Renee Wells of Cincinnati Ohio and Stancy Ervin of Cincinnati Ohio. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
