It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Lowe of Williamson, West Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Kline and Joyce Evelyn Zank Kline; her daughter Gina Renee Cantrell (Tommy); and her brother James Kline. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Kaye Austin (Tony) of Williamson, WV; her siblings, Arthur Kline (Nancy) of Toler, KY, Mike Kline (Sharon) of Belfry, KY, Steve Kline (Kim) of Murfeesboro, TN, James Zank of Louisiana, Patty Rubero of Fresno, CA and Louise Childress (David); and her grandchildren, James Ford, Caiden Cantrell and Hannah Cantrell.
