She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harp and Carrie Harp; and her husband Doug Blackwell. She is survived by: her children, Greg, Pam, Albo of Redding, Susie and Smith of Santa Cruz. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
