He is survived by: his wife Rowena Ramey Napier; his children, Ernest Glen (Carol) of Kimper, Keith Howard of Springdale, Terri Lynn Alexander (John) of Citrus Springs and Susan Leigh Manahan (George) of South Charleston, W. V; his siblings, Ernestine Humes (Charles) of Waterville and James of Middleburg Heights; and his grandchildren, Christy Napier, Shauna Howell, Jeff Haynes, Stephanie Haynes, Eric Napier and Alexa Napier. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
