She is survived by: her husband Chuck Mauzy; her children, Clayton Bolen (Teresa) of Williamsburg, WV, Charles Ivan Bolen (Robin) of Princeton, WV, Willard Harold Bolen (Cynthia) of Covington, VA and Linda Grimm of Williamsburg, WV; her siblings, Charles Powell (Vena) of Fairlea, WV, Gary Powell of Montgomery, WV, Dean Powell (Angie) of Alderson, WV, Mary Ann Delores Powell of Rupert, WV and Janice Hamrick of Moshine, TN; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Mroczka-Konieczny. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren.
